Who is Hands on Hands
Hi! I'm Brittany, Creator of Hands on Hands, As a mother of three amazing little humans I understand how overwhelming and exhausting parenthood can be. The challenges of being a parent can feel never ending and I am here to support you during this new chapter. My mission is to provide judgment-free support to all families, regardless of their background or experience. I want to help parents navigate the ups and downs of raising children with joy, patience and understanding.

At Hands on Hands, I understand that parenting can be a tough job. That's why I offer the Circle of Security Parenting Program, which has helped countless parents strengthen their relationships with their children. Whether you prefer group sessions, one-on-one sessions, or sessions with your partner, this program can help you understand your children and their needs in all new ways. And with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and remote delivery via Teams, this program is convenient for all types of parents.
Hands on Hands acknowledges the traditional custodians on the land on which we live, play and learn.
